We understand that buying items online may result in the need to return that item. As much as that breaks our heart, we'll accept returns under certain conditions that are good for both us and you.
Make Good is proud to supply handmade goods to our customers. We love all things locally hand-crafted and hope you do too. It is important to note that most handmade items are pre-loved and imperfect by design, and may have minor wear or blemishes. We do our best to note noticeable and important details like this in all our item descriptions. We also provide approximate measurements and it is your responsibility to check the measurments and make sure that the item is a good fit for you. With these details in mind here is our return policy:
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery with an original packing invoice. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued without the original packing invoice. Sorry, but shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Non-returnable merchandise (but not limited to just the following): Personal care/use, table/kitchenware, health and beauty (like soaps and such). Clothing that is unworn with tags and receipt can be returned and exchanged. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items once they have left Make Good. For items being sent to our returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail offered by FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of this invoice, and send to:

Please report any visible damages and discrepancies within 7 days of delivery. Allow a processing time of two to three weeks for refunds and exchanges. For help with your return write to:
