Emily G takes discarded plastic grocery bags, the kind that can't be recycled, and makes amazing hair clips with them. The detail is amazing, as she goes through a long process of transforming a plastic bag into a colorful, wonderful work of wearable art. Emily then shapes the wire and hand-stitches it all together into these amazing hair clips. 

When Emily isn't making wearable art, you may find her working at our Make Good store in the South Park neighborhood of San Diego. Or you may find her photographing a wedding, holding art workshops for kids, or traveling to Uganda to teach women there how to transform trash into jewelry they can sell to support their families. To say Emily is an inspiration to what is good would be an understatement.
